Ton bag feeding station

Product Overview: 
     The ton bag unloading station is designed for unpacking and unloading powdered granular materials contained in ton bags. The process involves lifting the ton bag to the equipment's feed inlet, manually opening the discharge port of the ton bag, opening the flow valve, and applying vibration to facilitate the gravitational flow of the material from the ton bag into the storage hopper, thereby completing the unpacking and unloading operation. The principal core components of the ton bag unpacking machine include the external frame, I-beam, electric hoist, striking mechanism, bag pressing mechanism, buffer transition silo, exhaust dust removal system, vibrating feeder, and rotary feeding valve. Special designs are available for hygroscopic and caking materials;Findou's independently developed single-shaft/double-shaft lump crushers are optional and can integrate unloading, unpacking, dust removal, rotary feeding valve, and lump crushing in a single unit.
